In ascending you are learning all kinds of new things, and unlearning many many popular beliefs.
Be open to what you receive from the universe. You are being bombarded with new energies and information, but you must learn to differentiate the false from the truth.

For the millions who are Ascending you are going through "Ascension Symptoms". You've probably been experiencing these symptoms for about a decade, give or take. If you are reading this site you are probably no doubt going through the Ascension process.

- Increased awareness shifts your relationships and career goals.
- Absorbing others' feelings if caught off guard, do a space cleansing.
- You're becoming more empathic.
