Aligning Yourself With Frequency to Co-Create
5th dimensional creation is the art of collapsing space and time. Realizing there is no such thing as time and aligning with the correct frequency to manifest your desires into reality, which we can do now in 3-D/4-D, is how we collapse and co-create. How to Know if You Are in 4D
You are no longer afraid or fearful of the future, or of anything.
As more effects come to me I will share them here. It's very important to keep anchoring in Light energy so you can easily move into the lower 5D.

Are You a Starseed or Parent of One?
Starseeds have come here to help in this major adjustment and shift on planet Earth and to help humanity. We have lived before in other star systems although we were born here with an amnesia of that. Some of us have even lived on Earth before for brief periods. Many of the light workers around at this time are Starseeds. Many Crystal and Indigo children are also Starseeds. We agreed to have this "wake up" call at this time--some sooner than now but mostly from the 1980's until now. How do you know if you're a Starseed? The following are traits:
If you have answered a "yes" to most of these then you are a Starseed. Starseeds came here to help Earth and her people at the turn of the Millennium, and to help with bringing in "awareness" of other dimensions and knowledge necessary for integrating the big shift. Solar Eclipse Oct. 2023 notes continued from the bottom of the Moons Page.
This is a continuation of the strange emotional event that happened to me on October 2nd of 2023.
Well actually, this is mostly about our being co-creators or co-authors of our cosmic story so it should be of interest to most people. But they both belong here together, you will see.
When we really internalize a thought of something we wish to create, we realize that the past does not hold the keys to our future. And neither does whatever is going on now. There is no future. We all possess the power to create (actually co-create with the quantum universe and God) our reality here and now.
We're not defined by our history. We're defined by our intentions and beliefs and actions. We have the ability to shape the world around us through choice and action in a deliberate way. So 5th dimensional creation is the art of collapsing space and time.
And when you combine your clear intention from a place of seriousness in yourself, of honesty and truth you become a vortex drawing your desired experiences to you. You don't have to chase them. It helps to be in a place where you can receive them sure but you don't need to actively do much at all. In 5D we don't have to chase our dreams anymore. Our dreams will find us.
It's about locking into the frequency of your desires and consistently doing it. It's an energetic signature. It takes practice. Creating your handwriting signature took some practice if you recall.
Now here is what happened to me on Oct. 2nd, just 6 nights before the Solar Eclipse, and there are challenges involved. When we evolve we leave behind old beliefs and embrace new ones, but it's often a painful experience. And it was for me. It was extremely intenes, and I called it then my dark-night-of-the-soul experience. I blamed the Solar Eclipse energies being in my birthsign of Libra because being in your sign notoriously creates upheavals for a person. Further, the Lunar Eclipse is in my ascendant or rising sign of Taurus. I can't think about that yet. I have a couple of days still, as I type tongue in cheek. I'll think about that tomorrow, as Scarlet O'Hara would say.
This upheaval for me came in the form of a transformation and sort of re-birth. It was physically and emotionally like being pulled downwards. It felt as if I need to really bawl but I couldn't cry, I teared-up. Suppressed tears became lodged inside my throat and chest and turned into huge lumps of pain. Perhaps it was releasing built-up emotional pains from growing up with a narcissistic mom and a detached and unavailable dad. I tried to seek approval in relationships and I was never secure in them because my parents hadn't shown me what it's like to feel security. I've wondered if I ought to apologize to a relationship person who, more than just a few times, I didn't trust back then or if they'd even remember as it was many years ago. And because I had never addressed that raw emotion of my upbringing to myself or to anyone else this is what happened. Well it had to happen. I had to confront it. It's later in my life but better later than never.
That dark night went on and on for several nights. That is how much gunk I had to purge from my soul. I've since been told to embrace that cleansing as it was a type of crucible for me, one in which my Self was forged, as in a trial by fire. They say that this transformation is a sign of being truly evolved. I expect it is as I have been working on evolving for many years now.
When the ordeal was all said and done, time had collapsed for me. I am a new person. I see differently in all ways. I'm completely living in the present, being totally confident and happy within my own frame. I'm needing no external validations to make up for mom and dad's lack thereof. I identify completely and wholly without my history. Let me tell you, it's such a very liberating feeling. It sounds cliche' but it really is like walking on air. Images and messages are intant and clear.
Before, I would get maybe daily signs, messages and spirit communications from angels and guides, but now, wow it's gone into overdrive. The veil is almost non-existent. I don't think in terms of future as I see and talk with these Beings of Light daily. Words, feelings and signs are increasing all the time, and all day long from these countless loving ones who are like my celestial family. I only tell a few select friends about this, only the ones who understand me. When I'm doing work for others their own loved ones come through fast, like in a flash as usual but now it seems to be more often I've found. It's that thinner veil, being closer to their dimension.
Back to the point, I've learned that the best way to predict the future is to create it with your thoughts, your heartfelt intentions and being mentally aware enough to keep at it with repetition until your frequency is aligned with it. That is what I started doing before that crucible experience happened to me. I wouldn't trade it now for anything. I'm glad it happened, that I've dealt with it and it's over and done with. That's one less thing my soul will have to deal with when she gets to the Hall of Records.
Let me please warn, as I try to always do when I speak of manifestation, that this practice must not be used to influence others' lives in any way. You never want to bring any karma onto yourself because it will only come back to you worse. They are learning what they need to without your help. They incarnated to learn what they are learning. But if they ask for your help to influence them that is fine.

Food Suggestions
It's good to bless your food. If you are in doubt about the food, rotate your palm over it in a circle as you say that blessing. Bless the water we drink as well. It's no longer "try your best to get organic and non-GMO", it's you must get organic and non-GMO to raise your frequency.
It's best to eat humanely raised meat and wild caught fish. This means free-range, humanely raised chicken and eggs, grass-fed beef and if you do eat ham, eat only humanely raised pork.
If you eat wheat and grains, do eat non-GMO. This goes for all grains and veggies. And cut-out processed foods that are non-organic in production.
The results I have seen in eating high vibrational foods include a tighter connection with my inner voice, my Higher Self, and stronger clair-abilities. Hearing angels has increased again as well as spirit guide's.
